La guapa deportista y amante del CrossFit, Janna Breslin, se convirtió en un ejemplo de vida dentro de una sociedad que busca salir de algún tipo de problema personal o social que se vive en nuestros días, luego de exponer su caso que a muchos cautivó.

Luego de dos años de buscar una nueva manera de eliminar aquél virus que comenzaba a dañar su cuerpo, mismo que provocó la baja de peso de manera gradual, la estadounidense comenzó una rutina deportiva para así volver a tener una figura envidiable.

A sus 27 años se dio el lujo de ser parte de una nueva comunidad dentro de sus redes sociales para mandarle un mensaje de aliento y apoyo por medio de algunos videos donde muestra su escultural cuerpo en la nieve.

"¡Tuve que aprovechar esta nieve fresca! ¿Quién es un fan de la terapia de frío? Crioterapia, duchas frías, baños de hielo, etcétera. ¡Todos estos métodos han demostrado ser beneficiosos para mejorar su salud!”, siguió. 2015 ➡️ present. After a year of a dozen unexplained infections, I went to go see a naturopathic doctor (they specialize on finding the root cause of health issues instead of prescribing more pills). After getting test results back, I was told I had mercury/heavy metal toxicity, 39 food allergies, severely damaged gut, hormone imbalances, systemic candida, methylation issues (not getting rid of toxins), and active cancer cells 😖 My immune system was compromised and I had multiple health issues that eventually resulted in me losing weight. I got down to 110lbs (I’m 5’8”). Basically my body was falling apart. I was super overwhelmed and I had no idea where to start… aaand I found all of this out the day before I lost my job as a pharma rep. – I made a promise to myself to completely change my nutrition and use as much of my time as possible to research “food as medicine”, gut healing, repairing, and detoxing on a cellular level. Took it day by day and tackled one thing at a time. Those health issues kickstarted the motivation that got me to where I am today and sparked my passion/research for optimizing health. It took about 2 years to normalize everything but I see it as one of the best things that has happened to me. #sp One of my biggest pet peves in the fitness industry is the supplement companies‼️ There are VERY few supplements I personally use on a daily basis and a must have for me is a high quality fish oil. I eat fish a few times a week 🐠 but unfortunately that is not enough to meet the daily requirement of omega 3. It’s no secret that life is confusing and frustrating at times. WHAT IS THE BEST DIET & WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO TRAIN⁉️ ➡️ I believe in following a lifestyle year around that is sustainable and achievable for the long-haul FOR YOU. This includes what you eat, how you move, and most importantly… what YOU will adhere to most. This is why I love a balanced approach to nutrition and fitness. There are NO QUICK FIX FIXES (or one size fits all) FOR LONG TERM SUCCESS! . If you constantly give your body the best, it will always respond the best. 🥗 Going on cleanses and strict diets never work long term because it is not a lifestyle that you can sustain for the rest of your life. This is why most people “fail” their diets 🙅🏻‍♀️ I never recommend doing extreme diets to get ready for an event or anything like that, because you’ll just end up in the same place you started. .
